Alcester Civic Society

Malt Mill Lane

We think that Alcester matters. We hold social events such as bi-monthly meetings, garden parties and coach trips.

We work closely with the Town Council and have representatives on such groups as Alcester heritage trust and Alcester Town Hall Committee. Every month the Alcester Civic Society Committee scan the list of planning applications and makes it's comments on relevant applications to the planning authority.

The Society is in it's 50th year of enhancing and preserving our town.

If you care about this wonderful town then you should become a member of Alcester Civic Society.

Meetings are held at 8pm in the Community Room at St Benedict's School. New members and visitors are very welcome.

Annual membership fees are very reasonable, £4 for singles, £6 for couples.
