Zumba Gold is a LOW IMPACT version of Zumba which keeps all the elements the Zumba Fitness-Party is known for: the zesty Latin music, like salsa, merengue, cumbia and reggaeton, the exhilarating, easy-to-follow moves, and the invigorating, party-like atmosphere. For all ages 18+
All the fun..without any jumping, a little gentler on the joints..how hard you work is still up to you!
