Mums on the Move post natal exercise classes are a sociable way to train with baby in the buggy while you workout and are specifically designed to get you back in shape after pregnancy. Exercises are progressive, so whatever stage you're at post natally, there are exercises to suit you.
Each class is 60-minutes long with an exercise programme designed to help you lose weight and strengthen and tone those muscles to get you match fit for motherhood.
Classes are held at the Guide & Scout Centre, Alcester. Depending on the weather, we'll either be indoors or outdoors.
