Our class combines gentle yoga inspired movement, breathing techniques, birth education and relaxation.
Daisy Birthing supports all birth journeys and is here to make you feel confident, positive and in control however your birth plays out.
Our friendly, weekly class will provide you with a tool kit for birth making our breathing patterns and movement instinctive so that when the big day comes you can relax, focus and enjoy your birth.
Classes run in 6 week terms and must be pre booked.
